    • The redesign of processes and ways of working across the appeals/ planning applications system;

    • The implementation of a new Case Management System (CMS),

    • The implementation of a new corporate website which will be integrated with above systems and will contain an online portal for receipt of electronic submissions and payments; and,

    • The implementation of a Geographic Information System (GIS).
