Microsoft Licence Reseller Single Party Framework Agreement

Fáilte Ireland is coming to end of a three year Microsoft Enterprise Agreement due to end 31st March 2015. Under our current Enterprise Agreement Fáilte Ireland has purchased the Licences listed in Appendix A with Software Assurance.
Fáilte Ireland is seeking to engage with an authorised Microsoft Large Account Resellers (LARs) and for the purpose of this tender we will be evaluating the cost of the Enterprise Agreement with Software Assurance.
The Service Provider must be an authorised Microsoft Licence partner.
Any negotiated pricing concessions will need to be reflected in the final pricing.
The duration of htis framework agreement will be for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for further periods not exceeding 12 months. The contract will be subject to annual review (to include satisfactory supplier performance and the achievement of agreed continuous improvement objectives) and confirmation each year.

The contracting authority will not conclude this framework agreement to which a standstill period applies in accordance with Irish Statutory Instrument SI 130 of 2010, until after the expiry of the standstill period which commences on the day following the date of notification of concerned candidates and tenderers. The duration of the standstill period will be 14 calendar days where notifications are sent electronically or by fax and 16 calendar days where these are sent by any other means. The Statutory Instrument mentioned above provides that review procedures are available in the High Court to a person who has or has had an interest in obtaining the framework agreement and alleges that he or she has been harmed or is at risk of being harmed by an infringement of the law in relation to that framework agreement.
