    Any contract that may result from this public procurement competition will be issued for a term of twelve months (“the Term“). The Authority reserve the right to extend the Term for a period of up to 12 months with a maximum of two such extensions on the same terms and conditions subject to the Authority‘s obligations at law.

    The Dublin Docklands Development Authority is using the accelerated procedure as a result of an urgent operational requirement to procure professional financial services arising from an external uncontrollable factor, namely the delay in the processing legislation governing its dissolution.
