    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    The main objective of the ORS is to allow lobbyists to register, update and maintain their registration details and provide a tri-annual return of their lobbying activities. This information will then be available on the ORS for members of the public to inspect. The ORS will have a robust user friendly search facility to allow members of the public to quickly find information regarding lobbying activity.
