    Total quantity or scope:

    The Credit Union Restructuring Board (ReBo) wishes to establish a multi-supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of professional services to credit unions working with ReBo on restructuring proposals.

    The Framework will be in four Lots:

    Lot 1- Financial Due Dilligence Services – Asset, Investment, Loan and Fixed Assets Reviews

    Lot 2 - Legal Due Dilligence Services

    Lot 3 - Human Resources Due Diligence Services

    Lot 4 - Business Planning Services

    Contracts under this Framework Agreement will be awarded by way of a Mini-Competition initiated by way of a supplementary request for tender (SRFT) which will be issued to all members of the Framework for the relevant Lot.

    The Framework Agreement will operate for a period on 1 year commencing in January 2015, with the option to extend at the sole discretion of ReBo for 1 further year.
