    All candidates will be required to produce a certificate or declaration demonstrating that they have fulfilled their obligations relating to the paymant of taxes under the law of the relevant state in which the economic operator is established.

    The successful candidate following the tendering process must demonstrate that they are licensed to underwrite insurance business in the Republic of Ireland by the Department of Jobs Enterprise & Innovation.

    The successful candidate following the tendering process must demonstrate experience or their access to experience in underwriting corporate insurance business in the relevant legal environment. The succsessful candidate must demonstrate experience or their access to experience to provide claims handling services to corporate insurance buyers in the relevant legal environment.
