    The Iveagh Trust wish to appoint a competent and experienced building contractor with mechanical and electrical works capacity and experience to construct and complete all necessary works to deliver on programme the redevelopment of Canon Troy Court.

    The works are for the development of 74no units (4,705m2 GFA) over 4 storeys on a site of approx. 5.4 hectares. The works comprise the extension and refurbishment of existing block and the construction of new blocks.

    Site works will include the refurbishment and upgrade of the existing road, paths and pavings, site services including watermains, gasmains, electrical services and the provision of new landscaped areas.
