Provision of IT Skills and Services
Dublin
The objective of this RFT is to identify suitably resourced multi-disciplined IT service providers for the provision of IT skills and support under four LOTs as follows:
Lot 1: Microsoft System SharePoint and CRM Support and Development
Lot 2: Inspections system Support and Development
Lot 3: Business Intelligence Support and Development
Lot 4: IT management framework Development
-Tier 2 and 3 service desk as per section 2.4 providing support and technology expertise for:
•Sharepoint 2010 (SEAI Intranet)
•CRM 4 and 2011 (SEAI PEP)
•SQL Server 2008 and 2012
•.net development
-Providing enhancements to features and functions as required as per section 2.3 and Annex 1, estimated at 220 - 320 days per annum.
-Remote monitoring and support of systems outlined in Annex 1.
-Pool of experienced specialists who can be deployed on-site
-Agreed monthly service reports and quarterly service review, as per SEAI Vendor management reporting Section 2.11.
-Quarterly reviews of system, configuration, security and performance.
-Specialist advice and assistance on improvements to business applications and related project work.
-Act in an advisory role for future technology and system implementation.
-Tier 2 and 3 service desk as per section 2.4 providing support and technology expertise for:
•SEAI Inspections Scheduler
•Inspections PDA App
-Providing enhancements to features and functions as required as per section 2.3 and Annex 1, estimated at 240 - 380 days per annum.
-Remote monitoring and support of systems outlined in Annex 1.
-Pool of experienced specialists who can be deployed on-site
-Agreed monthly service reports and quarterly service review, as per SEAI Vendor management reporting Section 2.11.
- Quarterly reviews of system, configuration, security and performance.
-Specialist advice and assistance on improvements to business applications and related project work.
-Act in an advisory role for future technology and system implementation.
-Tier 2 and 3 service desk as per section 2.4 providing support and technology expertise for SEAI BI Environment
-Providing enhancements to features and functions as required as per section 2.3 and Annex 1, estimated at 160 - 240 days per annum.
-Remote monitoring and support of systems outlined in Annex 1.
-Pool of experienced specialists who can be deployed on-site
-Agreed monthly service reports and quarterly service review, as per SEAI Vendor management reporting Section 2.11.
-Quarterly reviews of system, configuration, security and performance.
-Specialist advice and assistance on improvements to business applications and related project work.
-Act in an advisory role for future technology and system implementation.
SEAI apply a PDCA management methodology (See Annex 1) with regards to IT services delivery. This is used to provide business control and continuous improvement. SEAI are seeking to support this with an industry-based best practice methodology deployment.
The aim of the framework is to support more effectively manage IT value and capability and will include annual assessment and benchmark.
-Provide Initial capability Assessment, Report and Benchmark.
-Identification of practices and approach to increase Maturity and IT value.
-Provide guidance to help drive the improvement program, estimated at 20 - 40 days per annum.
-Yearly assessment review and adjustment.
