    The HSE invites tender submissions from suitably qualified service providers for the provision of a specialist Nurse-Led Assisted Admissions / Returns service for HSE Mental Health Services nationwide.

    The successful service provider(s) will be required to provide a Nurse-led service Nationally to local approved centres for the removal and/or return of a client in accordance with the relevant sections of the Mental Health Act 2001 and the HSE national policy on Assisted Admissions/Returns. The contracted service provider(s) must be in a position to offer this service nationwide within 24 hours or less, depending on the clinical nature of the client.
