The service required is a 24 hour 365 day service to be provided by professionally qualified and experienced medical practitioners to persons detained and complainants of serious assaults that presents at Garda Stations.
The maximum period of arrival after a call out will be 30 minutes. If 30 minutes is not considered a sufficient call out time in certain areas, this should be noted in your tender proposal, giving the reasons why and a suggested call out time to a maximum of 45 minutes. It should be noted that this extra time will be taken as the exception rather than the norm
