    Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) invites Applications from suitably qualified companies to participate in the Pre-Qualification process for the proposed tender for the Supply of cleaning and lubrication products c/w applicator devices suitable for application and use on slide chairs /baseplates along the moveable length of a switch in railway points and crossings in the permanent way environment. (Note: The cleaning and lubrication products are to be compatible for use together).

    The Agreement shall commence upon the Commencement Date and shall continue in full force and effect for a period of one Year (the “Initial Term”) thereafter unless the Agreement has previously been terminated in accordance with the terms hereof. Prior to the expiry of the Initial Term, IE may at its absolute discretion decide to extend the Agreement for further consecutive periods of one Year each, (the “Extended Term”), subject to a maximum of two (2) such extensions and PROVIDED that the maximum term of this Agreement howsoever arising shall be three (3) Years (the “Maximum Term”). Any extension of the Initial Term that may be granted by IE shall be at IE’s sole discretion and the Contractor shall have no entitlement thereto.
