    Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) invites Applications from suitably qualified companies to participate in the Pre-Qualification process for the proposed tender for the Supply and Delivery of Concrete Sleeper Components, namely ;

    Lot 1 Slit Nuts – hexagon 22mm slit nut produced from cold drawn steel with tapered end. Threaded 10.8mm

    Lot 2 Bell Washers- pressed steel domed washer approx. 56mm dia x 25mm deep

    Lot 3 Hairpin Bars – supply of 10mm cold drawn threaded steel bars for use as reinforcement/stressing tendons in the manufacture of concrete sleepers

    This will be for a three year fixed price period with the option to extend for an additional two years.

    • The designs for items 1 & 2 are the intellectual property of P-Tec International GmbH and may only be manufactured under licence.

    • The thread detail for item 3 is the intellectual property of P-Tec International GmbH and may only be used under licence.

    A Pre Qualification Questionnaire is attached to this notice and should be donwnloaded , completed and returned.
