    The Department of Defence reserves the right to use the outcome of this tender process to meet their requirements. The responsibility for managing this contract will remain with the Houses of the Oireachtas Service. As a result of this tender process and in the event of a drawdown by the Department of Defence any such drawdown will be managed by the Houses of the Oireachtas Service in conjunction with the successful Tenderer and the Department of Defence. The Department of Defence is under no obligation to engage with any Tenderer as a result of this Request for Tender and reserves the right to tender separately.
