    The project is defined as design project management, architectural, structural, health and safety, building services design and specialist design to approximate CWMF Stage (ii) , appointment of the Contractor and implementation, management and administration of the construction process to completion, relating to the development of a Block E Roof Extension which may comprise some breaking through works and disposal of elements of existing facilities and the construction of new facilities which will reflect the scale, materiality and form of modern educational institutions constructed in line with recognised guidelines currently operating within Europe. Tenderers should note that there is an expectation of flexibility within the design.

    Services will include Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Services Design, PSDP Services, Landscape Architecture, Acoustics Consultancy, Fire and Disability Engineering services, BREEAM Consultancy, Lighting Specialist Services prior to procurement of the Contractor – exemplar detailed design CWMF Stage (ii) and thereafter Client side design advisory, technical review, Design Certifier services, Assigned Certifier services, supervisor services and audit services throughout the development and implementation of the works by the Contractor. The IDT will have a challenge function to ensure delivery on the integrity of the design.
