    Tenders are being sought for the provision of Specialist Communications Service for the West/North West Hospitals Group comprising of: University Hospital Galway and Merlin Park University Hospital; Sligo Regional Hospital; Letterkenny General Hospital; Mayo General Hospital; Portiuncula Hospital; Roscommon County Hospital as per the attached specification.

    The service will be provided on an “as and when required” basis for a period of two years with the possibility of extension beyond the initial two year period

    The West/North West Hospitals Group (hereafter “WNWHG”) seeks to appoint a provider to deliver specialist communications services as and when required for a minimum period of two years. The service must provide 24/7 access to a named communications specialist as specified within this tender document for the duration of the contract. Further information on WNWHG can be found on the website www.wnwhg.ie.

    Please note 24/7 access is defined as availability of a named individual (or similarly qualified deputy in times of absence) throughout the course of the contract, 24 hours of the day for 52 weeks per year. This access may take the form of contact by telephone, or face-to-face (in person), and may include attendance at meetings etc., as required by the WNWHG. For face-to-face (in person) access the provider may be required to travel to any location in Ireland specified by the WNWHG.
