    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    The Overall Project includes the Construction of a new build archive building with a floor area of approximately 1700m2 to accommodate a multi level storage system for archive material, together with the refurbishment of an an existing building is required to be converted to reading rooms and offices with a floor area of approximately 500m2.

    This public procurement competition is for the design, supply and installation of mobile archive racking to the new archive building. The extent of racking to be procured under this contract is sufficient to store approximately 68,000 boxes of typical size 280mm wide x 415mm deep x 210m high, each with a maximum weight of 10kg.
