    The procurement is divided into two lots as follows

    Lot 1 – Video Conferencing Support, Maintenance Services and new Installation in the Criminal Courts of Justice

    Lot 2 – Video Conferencing Support, Maintenance Services and new Installations in Court Sites (Excluding CCJ)

    Any contract that may result from this public procurement competition will be issued for a term of 3 years. The Courts Service reserves the right to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to one year with a maximum of two such extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Courts Service’s obligations at law.
