    The services relate to DCU Institute of Education Building Programme – Block E Roof Extension at St Patrick’s College, Drumcondra. In addition it is noted that additional ancillary works may be instructed during the Project.

    Overview 1.1

    (1) The scope comprises all services required of:

    (a) The Employer’s Representative under the Public Works Contracts (COE and CF1); and

    (b) the Project Management of the Project including the management of the Project Team i.e. the Integrated Design Team (“IDT”), the Contractor (CF1) and all other relevant parties.

    (2) The services includes but, is not limited to:

    (a) the tasks listed at Section 1.2 (see ITT Appendix 2) associated document

    (b) the services set out by the tenderer in its tender submission

    Note – Tenderers should note that DCU does not intend to appoint a Quantity Surveyor separate to the Employer’s Representative. Any quantity surveyor functions arising will be the responsibility of the Employer’s Representative.
