    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    The Contracting Authority proposes to appoint between four (4) and six (6) Candidates onto a Framework Panel on a nonexclusive basis, from which Tenders will be invited. The Contracting Authority proposes to enter into framework agreements with a number of Project Design and Management consultants to Design & Project Manage its future design requirements.

    The Candidates will be required to assemble multi-disciplinary teams led by a Project Manager to prepare a full suite of design services associated with procuring specialist services for a number of Airport Campus buildings. The professional services are required to design and manage a wide variety of commercial property related projects ranging from the design of commercial buildings, car parks, infrastructure, roads, utility services, buildings alterations, mechanical/electrical facilities and related structures.
