Destination PR Consultancy Services in the GB Market

Tourism Ireland invites requests to participate from suitably qualified PR agencies for the provision of destination PR consultancy services in the GB market. These services will be co-ordinated by and provided to Tourism Ireland‘s London office. PLEASE REFER TO THE DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOADING FOR A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENTS.
The Contract Period will be for three (3) years subject to budget,annual performance review, and other factors. Tourism Ireland may, at its discretion, opt to extend the Contract annually for two (2) further years, up to a maximum of five (5) years in total.

A grouping, if successful, must contract as a single entitiy, having joint and several liability.
Candidates must be financially stable. In order to test this, Annual Audited Accounts for the past 3 years must be supplied.

The services required are to be provided in Great Britain to Tourism Ireland‘s London office.
This is the first stage in a two-stage tender competition. Following evaluation of qualifying Requests to Participate, shortlisted candidates will be invited to submit a tender and make a presentation.
It is anticipated that the duration of the contract will be for three years with an option at the discretion of Tourism Ireland to extend for two further periods of up to one year each.
Tourism Ireland requires all Tenders to adopt the standard, prescribed format set out in the Response document.
Tenders must be delivered in hard copy, with the Tender Referece and addressee details supplied clear marked, an by the Tender Closing Date.
Tourism Ireland cannot accept responsibility for applications that are lost or damaged in the post.
Late applications will not be accepted. Applications by fax or by email will not be accepted.
Tourism Ireland will not be responsible for costs, charges or expenses incurred by participants, whether or not a final contract is awarded.
The successful Tenderer will be required to enter into the Contract set out in Schedule 2. No material amendments to the Contract will be accepted or negotiated. Should the successful Tenderer refuse to enter into the Contract on the terms set out at Schedule 2, Tourism Ireland reserves the right to appoint the next highest scoring Tenderer.
Tourism Ireland is subject to the provisions of the Code of Practice on Freedom of Information for North South Implementation Bodies and Tourism Ireland.
Award of this contract will be subject to approval by the Board of Tourism Ireland.
Award of this contract will be subject to selected candidate obtaining a Tax Clearance Certificate as required by the Irish Revenue Commissioners.
The contract will be subject to Irish law.
