    The main objective of the ORS is to allow lobbyists to register, update and maintain their

    registration details and provide a tri-annual return of their lobbying activities. This

    information will then be available on the ORS for members of the public to inspect. The ORS will have a robust user friendly search facility to allow members of the public to quickly find information regarding lobbying activity.

    It is intended that the ORS will be a combination of a static web site and intelligent portal, managed via a single CMS (Content Management System) with inbuilt workflow and adaptable business logic layers, delivered in an innately customisable fashion with comprehensive and easy to use highly adaptable report writing functionality, all provided on industry standard infrastructures and development platforms
