    The Commissioners of Public Works are seeking applications from experienced mechanical contractors who wish to be considered for eligibility for inclusion on a panel of specialists to be named in the Main Contract tender documents for the construction of a new 3,952 sqm Garda Divisional Headquarters on a site circa 2.79 hectres at Mulgannon Road, Wexford, Ireland.

    The work shall involve the complete mechanical services installation in the new Garda Divisional HQ in Wexford ( 3,952 sqm Garda Divisional Headquarters building on a site circa 2.79 hectares.).The mechanical services installation shall be generally comprise of the supply, installation, testing, commissioning of the following:·

    Main Gas Fired Boiler Plant, Headers, pumps, valves, motorised valves, controls, etc· Roof Mounted Air Handling Units·

    Roof Mounted air cooled Chillers ·

    Complete Natural Gas installation to boilers, gas fired calorifiers and kitchen areas·

    Complete oil installation including storage tank, pipework, valves, etc to Generator·

    Complete Chilled water installation comprising roof mounted air cooled chillers, controls, valves and chilled water pipework to various zones·Complete LPHW radiator system to various zones. ·

    Ceiling mounted air-side controlled fan coil units c/w heating and cooling coils·

    Ducted supply and exhaust air mechanical ventilation systems.·

    Complete Mains, Hot and Cold Water Systems·

    Complete Mechanical Ventilation Systems·

    Specialist services to Cells area·

    Complete local split-type air conditioning units·

    Complete Soils and Wastes Systems·

    Complete BMS System·

    Testing, commissioning and certification of systems.
