    The Commissioners of Public Works are seeking applications from experienced electrical contractors who wish to be considered for eligibility for inclusion on a panel of specialists to be named in the Main Contract tender documents for the construction of a new 3,952 sqm Garda Divisional Headquarters on a site circa 2.79 hectres at Mulgannon Road, Wexford, Ireland.

    The construction of a new 3,952 sqm Garda Divisional Headquarters building on a site circa 2.79 hectares.The work shall involve the complete electrical services installation in the new Garda Divisional HQ in Wexford. The electrical services installation shall be comprised of the following:·

    Main Switchboard and Sub Distribution Board Installations·

    Installation of 250kVA Generator·

    Installation of Central UPS systems·

    Complete mains and sub-mains distribution.

    Complete tray and trunking installations.·

    Complete Lighting and Emergency Lighting Installation including site lighting·

    Complete General Services Installation.·

    General Services Installation: 230v generally via floor boxes in raised floor with some dado trunking and outlets in partitions.

    Cables run generally on cable tray in raised floor. 3-phase power will be required by various sub-boards and items of plant.·

    New Cat-6A Data structured cabling installation and associated

    Fibre Network, cables run generally on cable tray in raised floor·

    New telephone network wired in cat-6A, cables run generally on

    Cable tray in raised floor.·

    Complete Fire Alarm Installation·

    Complete Access Control Installation·

    Complete CCTV and Intruder Alarm Installation·

    Complete Electrical services & Controls for Mechanical Plant.·

    New generator installation·

    Testing, Commissioning & Certification.
