    Limerick Institute of Technology has developed a campus development Masterplan, Campus 2030 Our Places, for the improvement and expansion of the Institutes Estates (accross campuses in Limerick city and Tipperary). Limerick Institute of Technology requires - Technical Advisory and Estates Support Service to assist in the implementation of the Campus 2030 Masterplan.

    The services required will typically include the following

    Project Management functions, to ensure that multiple projects of various sizes can be initiated, appraised, approved and implemented in complaince with the Capital Works Management framework (as published by the Department of Finance), in accordance with LIT‘s Campus 2030 Developoment Masterplan, and in accordance with best Estates practices for 3rd level educational institutions.

    Development and implementation of Design Standards, Project Management Standards and Procedures, and Estates Management processes and procedures, to support the implementation of the Campus 2030 Masterplan.

    Project Feasibility Investigations

    Project Business Case documents preparation

    Liaison with internal user groups and preparation of project briefs.

    Monitoring the implementation of capital projects.

    Development of promotional materials to support fund raising activities.

    Development of Business cases and Multi Criteria Analysis evaluations to support property acquisitions.

    Project Reviews on major capital projects

    Facilities Management advisory services.

    Full Design and Project Management services for delivery of minor projects
