    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    Tenders are invited for the supply and delivery of 7500kg Crew Cab Tipper Trucks to Machinery Yard, Shandon, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford. The vehicle must be factory built and unused and a certificate of compliance shall accompany vehicle on delivery. The chassis and body shall be suitable for transportation of road making materials under both on and off road conditions. All vehicles shall be 151 models of a reputable manufacturer conforming to all current Irish and European legislation, including safety, health & welfare legislation. A workshop & parts manual shall be supplied on delivery and the supplier shall state the type and nature of warranty offered in respect of the vehicle. A full specification of the vehicle shall accompany the Tender and persons submitting Tenders should indicate time of delivery from date of receipt of Official Order. The supplier shall state whether Tender price is protected or subject to alteration at time of delivery. The element of VAT shall be clearly stated.
