    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    The Contracting Entity proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a multiple supplier framework agreement with a number of service providers for Appointment as Design, Contract Procurement and Construction Phase Technical Advisors.

    The tenderer, which is found to be fully in conformance with the tender documentation and the most economically advantageous tender under the award criteria contained in the Invitation to Tender will be identified as the successful tenderer designate for the initial contract and will be invited to enter into a framework agreement along with up to three (max) others and the Contracting Entity.

    The framework agreement will be established on foot of a competition for an initial contract to advance through Design, Contract Procurement and Construction of those elements at Ringaskiddy East and associated works at an estimated cost of €80m. This contract will be awarded to the successful tenderer shortly after the formal establishment of the Framework.
