    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    The CIÉ Group wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for service providers for the provision of IT software support, maintenance and technical-related services that may arise over the next three years in the organisation’s Group IT and Telecoms (GITT) Business Applications Section (SAP CCC and Legacy Support and Development). The duration of this Framework Agreement will be 3 years with an option to extend for an additional period of 1 year at CIE’s discretion.

    The proposed Framework may also cover the requirements of the CIÉ Group’s subsidiaries (Dublin Bus, Iarnród Éireann and Bus Éireann and the CIE Holding Company). It is the intention that these services would be required under one or more of the following lots:

    Lot 1 Legacy Systems Support Services,

    Lot 2 Database Support & Technical Services

    Lot 3 Development and Support Services

    Lot 4 SAP Configuration and Support Services

    Lot 5 SAP Basis Services

    Lot 6 Design/Architecture

    Applicants are invited to complete the attached Pre Qualification Questionnaire.

    It is CIE’s intention to appoint a maximum of 8 companies’ per lot.
