    i. The construction of an additional 850 bedrooms, 570 on the DCU Glasnevin Campus and 280 on the current St Patrick’s Campus in Drumcondra. All of the development will take place on DCU property.

    ii. The buyback of the existing block of 437 bedrooms referred to above.
