    The NTA requires a Supplier to provide a range of services under five service categories. These five service categories are:

    • Service Category 1: Information Provision Service;

    • Service Category 2: Booking Service;

    • Service Category 3: Business Analysis & Administration Support Service;

    • Service Category 4: Back Office Administration & Fulfilment Service; and

    • Service Category 5: General Reception Call Services.

    Details of the services to be provided under these service categories are set out in Schedule 1 (Services Specification) attaching to the Draft Contract. As part of the Services to be performed, the successful Tenderer shall be responsible for managing any transition that may be necessary between an existing service provider and the successful Tenderer.
