Lough Rinn Rowing Course Project - Phase II A Works

Leitrim County Council requires the services of a competent experienced Design/Build Contractor/Specialist to modify an existing floating pontoon and construct a second new floating pontoon at their existing FISA standard Rowing Course with associated works at Lough Rinn, Mohill, Co. Leitrim. The works required under this contract are to be delivered on a Design and Build basis, with a contract period of 2 months. It is an express requirement that works be substantially complete by July 22, 2016. This Contract is for the design, supply, construction, installation and commissioning of the following to FISA Standards: • Modification to the existing Launch Pontoon to include new 10m long access gangway and associated anchors and fixings. • Additional Launch Boating Pontoon with associated concrete ramps, anchors and fixings.
