This procurement competition relates to the provision of office cleaning services in the Departments of Public Expenditure and Reform offices at Unit 2, Central Business Park, Clonminch, Tullamore, Co. Offaly. The office is situated on the outskirts of the town and consists of a three storey building with an overall floor area of 3390mm² approx. Currently the cleaning of the office is carried out by 3 cleaners (including 1 working supervisor) from 4.30 pm to 7.00 pm Monday to Friday (i.e. 12.5hrs).
