IT Sligo BMS 2016 - Maintenance & Servicing of Cylon Building Management System 2016

This contract involves the maintenance of the Cylon Building Management System at IT Sligo, a system that comprises of 25 No.UC32.net outstations and 168 No. sub controllers in twelve buildings. Equipment under the control of the BMS includes Air Handling Units, Boiler /Heating plant and pumps, AC Split units, smoke vents & exhaust fans, extract fans etc. There are two BMS terminals, one in the Building Services Supervisor’s (BSS) room (Master), the other in the Estate’s Manager’s office.
