WWETB201604P - Multiparty Framework (Cascade System) for provision of competent Painter for both planned and unplanned Painting works through WWETB's schools and centres as required.

WWETB is to create a Multiparty Framework for the provision of competent Painters for minor Painting works to provide for both planned and unplanned maintenance works as required. Due to the unknown nature of the requirements WWETB propose to put in place a Framework (Cascade System) to facilitate any requirements that may arise. The Framework will have a duration of 2 years with an additional 2 year add on option. Tenderers must confirm that all prices quoted in the Tender will remain valid for the initial 2 year contract commencing from the closing date for receipt of tenders. Contracts will be awarded by utilisation of the ‘Cascade System’. This will involve the contracting authority approaching the highest-ranked framework member with the work in question. In the event that the highest ranked framework member is incapable of performing the work on the basis of capacity issues or a conflict of interest, the next ranked framework member will be approached. This process will be repeated until the work in question has been awarded to one of the framework members. WWETB expects the service providers to:-  Ensure that all maintenance works are carried out in a timely, safe manner.  Provide the service in a flexible, efficient manner  Minimise total costs to WWETB. WWETB has divided these service requirement into four lots based on geographical considerations. The four lots are as follows: Waterford County: Cappoquin, Ring, Dungarvan, Kilmacthomas Waterford City Area: Tramore & Waterford City Wexford North: Gorey, Kilmuckridge, Bunclody, Enniscorthy, Wexford South: New Ross Generic Applications will not be accepted. The name(s) of proposed services provides must be given and the specified individual(s) qualifications must be included. Tenderers must demonstrate that they have a minimum of three years experience.
