This Competition relates to the proposed establishment of a Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of event planning, delivery and related services that can be utilised by non commercial public service bodies in Ireland. The Framework Agreement is being divided into 2 Lots ("Framework Agreement Lot") as set out below. Lot 1 – Indoor Events Lot 2 – Outdoor Events Each Lot will have 5 Regional Sub-Categories (RSC). Tenderers may select one or more RSC(s). By not selecting a particular RSC in this tender response, Framework Member(s) will be deemed to have excluded themselves from any mini competition arising from this competition for that RSC. The Regional sub-categories are as follows: RSC 1 = Donegal/Galway/Leitrim/Mayo/Roscommon/Sligo RSC 2 = Clare/Cork/Kerry/Limerick/Tipperary/Waterford RSC 3 = Dublin/ Kildare/Meath/Wicklow RSC 4 = Carlow/Kilkenny/Laois/Offaly/Wexford RSC 5 = Louth/Monaghan/Cavan/Longford/Westmeath
