This Competition relates to the establishment a multi-supplier Framework Agreement with a maximum number of fifteen (15) Framework agreement lot members for courier services for Island of Ireland and a maximum number of Five (5) Framework Agreement Lot members for International courier services.

The Framework clients have a very broad range of requirements including standard service for documents, small packages etc, but also a number of specialised services including; Hazardous, Flammable, Biological, food samples, Diplomatic, High Security and time sensitive consignments. List of examples may be found in section 1.3.2 of RFT Document.
Tenderers must submit one Tender submission per Framework Agreement Lot – if applying for Framework Agreement Lot 1, submit one Tender, if applying for Framework Agreement Lot 1 and Framework Agreement Lot 2 submit two Tenders. Tenderers must clearly indicate which Lot or Lots their Tender submission refers to.
