ITT16-005 - Weather Buoy Spares Inventory

At present a requirement exists for the supply of marine weather buoy spares. The Marine institute operates a fleet of 7 Fugro Oceanor Wavescan buoys covering the M2, M3, M4 and M5 stations (please see http://www.marine.ie/databuoy for details and locations). Each year (subject to suitable weather conditions) the buoy and mooring at each station is replaced by a freshly serviced and tested item. The existing system is recovered and brought back to base for service and recycling. This agreement will cover the purchase of spares for stock as the need arises, during the annual platform service cycle.
