The Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission was established in 2007, under the Garda Síochána Act 2005, to provide efficient, fair and independent oversight of policing in Ireland. Its principal role is to deal with complaints about the conduct of members of the Garda Síochána. GSOC requires an externally managed service provider to commence an investigation into the allegations made into the alleged multiple incidents of wrongful cancellation by members of An Garda Síochána of Fixed Charge Notices under section 102 (5) of the Garda Síochána Act 2005, as amended. Tenderers should be aware that as the services sought herein are Annex IIB type services.
