Bord na Móna wishes to establish a multi-party framework agreement for a 3-5 year period to cover its requirements for Irish external legal advice. The types of advice required will relate to several areas of law including the following areas: • Competition law • Construction and related projects • Corporate Governance • Employment • Energy and regulation • Environmental and planning • Finance • General Corporate including acquisitions and joint ventures • International trade • Procurement • Technology • Waste Management • Pensions • Litigation
