WCCC/R/226 - 4 Single Party Framework Agreements for Transport Fleet Supply and Fleet Services for Vans/Jeeps

Waterford City and County Council wishes to establish a number of single operator framework agreement(s) for the provision of fleet requirements in the indicated lots as follows: Lot 1 - Direct Purchase of Vans/Jeeps. Lot 2 – Financial Loan Arrangements. Lot 3 – Contract Maintenance. Lot 4 – Contract Hireage (includes a combination of Lots 1, 2, and 3). WC&CC will decide whether it wishes to proceed with procurement of a combination of Lots 1 to 3, or alternatively to procure its fleet requirements under Lot 4 - Contract Hireage as an omnibus Lot. WC&CC reserves the right to appoint individual framework operators for Sub – Lots within Lots 1, 3 and 4. The initial contract under the framework(s) will be in respect of the following vehicles:- 50 x Diesel Panel Vans with 2.6 m3 - 3.5 m3 Payload Capacity; 10 x Diesel Panel Vans with 3.5 m3 – 5 m3 Payload Capacity; 3 x Diesel Panel Vans with 5m3 - 8 m3 Payload Capacity; 4 x Diesel 4x4 Pick Ups with Crew Cabs (Min. engine 2.5l); 10 x Diesel 4x4 Commercial Jeeps (Min. engine 2.5l); 10 x Diesel 4x4 Passenger Jeeps (Min. engine 2.5l); 10 x Diesel 4x4 Commercial Jeeps (Engine 1.5l - 2.5l);
