This contract has now been awarded to GEM Construction Ltd.The repair conservation and refurbishment of 5 existing houses which are protected structures and the construction of a new extension. The completed development of approx 710m2 will comprise of an exhibition area shop café and related service areas with new hard and soft landscaping at the front and rear gardens and upgrading footpaths at the existing street frontage.
