NUIG/CON336/15N - Procurement Contract Management System

The purpose of this tender is to purchase and implement a multi-user Procurement Contracts Database system that will result in a central repository of all tendering activity that NUI Galway are engaged in, and a contract management system to enable effective and efficient supplier and contract management. The system will automate much of the required internal and external standardised reporting. Full details of requirements are provided in the Invitation to Tender document which is available for downloading from www.etenders.gov.ie. When the contract notice (ID 98542) is chosen, suppliers must "accept" the Invitation on the etenders website, to get access to the Invitation to Tender document. These initial requirements are for NUI Galway only. However, other institutions within the Irish University sector may choose to make an award under this contract.
