2015/17 - Panel of Knowledge Transfer Policy Consultants to provide services to Knowledge Transfer Ireland

Knowledge Transfer Ireland (Enterprise Ireland) requires the services of experienced policy evaluators and analysts with extensive and broad experience in the knowledge transfer (KT) field to support its work on a number of high level policy projects. The types of projects will include: performance and data analysis and; reporting. They may involve national and international review and analysis of topics such as policy, practice and data relating to KT. Projects will require the ability to source and analyse information and data and make recommendations. Knowledge Transfer Ireland (Enterprise Ireland) is now seeking to establish a panel of experienced Knowledge Transfer Policy & Analysis Specialists with the proven ability to: • evaluate KT policies • understand and interrogate KT issues • analyse complex KT data • deliver reports with high levels of analysis And who possess: • excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills • a deep knowledge of international KT practice
