St. Ciaran’s C.S., Kells. - Provision of a Universally Accessible Toilet at St. Ciaran’s Community School, Kells, County Meath.

Contractors are requested to convert an existing room with toilet cubicles into a designated universally accessible toilet. This project must be completed before 29th August 2015. The contract drawings show the extent of the work which includes:- 1. Minor demolition of walls, floor tiles, sanitary facilities, associated services and widening of the doorway. 2. Construction of the universally accessible toilet comprising internal stud partition walls, internal finishes to walls, floors and ceilings, alterations to the existing mechanical and electrical services including the supply and fitting sanitary ware. 3. Heating, plumbing, electrical, and lighting alterations are the responsibility of the main Contractor. The latter will engage suitably qualified domestic sub- contractors who are capable of design and installation of the above services. 4. The Main Contractor will be appointed as Project Supervisor (Construction Stage) in Health and Safety matters. 5. All other works necessary for the proper completion of the project whether or not expressly stated in the contract documents
