P2784 - Capacity Development Management Building Contract @ Dublin Airport

A 5 year capacity development plan has been prepared to improve functionality & capacity of Dublin Airport. The output of this plan is a requirement to enhance components of the existing building infrastructure. As part of this overall plan, the following works are proposed to be carried out: 1. Pier 2 Segregation 2. T1 & T2 Bussing Gates 3. T2 Transfer Facility 4. Pier 3 Wide Body Facility 5. T1 Security Screening Facility 6. New areas created to facilitate displaced staff 7. Any associated works and/or enabling works The contract will be awarded on the basis of a non-exclusive single party framework with the successful tenderer following the RFT Stage. The purposes of this RFI is to seek expression of interest in relation to the appointment of a Management Contractor who shall be responsible for the delivery if the Works in accordance with the Contract which is anticipated to be the JCT Pre-Construction Services Agreement & JCT Management Building Contract 2011. It is envisaged that a cost incentive scheme will be applied to the contract with a target completion cost & a guaranteed maximum price (GMP. It is also envisaged that a programme incentive scheme will be applied to the contract with a target completion date.
