Provision of LAN Switching Equipment Support Contract and Network Consultancy Services
The Office is currently served by a small shared internal ICT Unit supporting a Cisco-based networking hardware environment. The Office wishes to engage experienced network expertise, on foot of this RFT to assist the ICT Unit staff in supporting, upgrading and enhancing required new networking infrastructure and improving existing infrastructure where feasible. This includes advancing a number of new initiatives arising from the 2015-2017 ICT Strategy. There may also be a requirement for improving and refining networking support services delivery locally. This document constitutes a Request for Tenders (RFT) to select a skilled and experienced provider for the provision of: 1. Break/fix hardware maintenance contract for LAN hardware 2. 2nd /3rd level support for same 3. Consultancy draw down days for advice and configuration of network devices
