Coillte - Provision of works for refurbishment and refitting of Coillte Head Office

Coillte is considering the commissioning of works, entailing the refurbishing and refitting of its existing Company Headquarters in Newtownmountkennedy Co. Wicklow. The offices comprise of approximately 2,000 square meters, some of which is likely to be refurbished. You are invited to submit a Pre-Qualification Tender Submission for the completion of the fit out works required, which is divided into two lots. Lot 1 The ranges of services included in this contract lot are as follows: • Alterations & demolition of existing internal partition, non-structural walls to form open plane office facility. • Provision of internal non-structural partitions. • Provision of glazed partition screens and internal doors. • Provision of motorised blinds. • Internal decoration • Provision of new carpets and floor finishes. • Provision of tea stations. • Provision of acoustic absorbing materials. • Electrical installation. • Mechanical installation. • Alterations to existing toilet facilities including installation of alternate sanitary ware. Lot 2 The range of services included in this contract lot are as follows, • Removal and disposal of existing furniture. • Supply and installation of new office furniture. Candidates may be capable of providing all of the above services to Coillte, i.e. (Lot 1 and Lot 2), or only partial services, i.e. (Lot 1 or Lot 2). The contract relates to an occupied office and the works will require phased execution.
