This tender is to provide reactive maintenance services to Saint John of God estate in Co Dublin. The work is split into the following 8 lots. 1 - Electrical 2 - Plumbing 3 - Carpentry 4 - Building Work 5 - Glazing Services 6 - Painting 7 - Flooring 8 - Drainage Bidders can express an interest in one, all or any combination of the lots. The work is reactive in nature and will comprise day to day emergency repairs (24 hours) and non emergency repairs. The successful contractor must be able to provide a 24 horu service.
