UCC New Sports Grounds - Site Investigation Contract

The scope of the works envisaged under this Contract is as follows:- The excavation of 23 no. Trial Pits. 23 no. dynamic probes to be carried out alongside each trial pit in undisturbed ground. Obtaining disturbed and undisturbed soil samples for laboratory testing. Photography of the samples to allow for permanent record of strata and reproducing these in the geotechnical report. Completion of daily field reports and detailed logs recording all data. Laboratory testing of the samples to establish the characteristics of the underlying strata. Preparing draft logs and laboratory testing results Restoration of disturbed areas once phase one operations are complete including cleaning of roads at site entrance. Production of Final Report including all test results and logs with correct surveyed locations and levels
