Garrison roof 2015 - Roof repairs to Garrison building at St Nathys College,

This project is for roof repair works to the existing garrison building atSt Nathy’s College, Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon, which is a protected structure. Works will be carried out in a live school environment. Removal of existing roof and ceiling materials, some containing asbestos and re- instatement of new / repaired gutters, fascias, soffits, valleys, felt, battens, insulation, roof access window, natural slates and ceilings as described in detail in drawings and specification. Treatment of the existing roof structure and replacement and/or repairs to the timber structure is also included in the works.
