P2613 - Minor Building Works Frameworks

It is proposed to place a number of non-exclusive Framework Agreements with a number of Candidates to cater for Minor Building and Preventative Maintenance works up to a pre-defined value at Dublin Airport. The work sites will include but not be limited to Terminal Buildings, Piers, Campus buildings, Campus Infrastructure and Airside Ramp areas of the aerodrome (excluding Runways and Taxiways) at Dublin Airport. The Framework Agreements will be put in place for a period of 3 years with the option of extending for a further year subject to ongoing satisfactory review and sustained workload.
